With the largest and fastest growing population that’s largely youthful, it’s a lucrative, large, and evergreen growth market that presents numerous distribution and retailing challenges with most Indians (68%) living in rural areas. Expanding to far-flung regional markets in rural / semi-urban markets presents huge logistical, cultural and geographical challenges.
