Supported by Mr. Debmalya Banerjee from India Chambers of Commerce and Dr. Madan Mohan Sethi, the Consul General of India in Vietnam, the partnership aims to meet global demand for nutrient-rich, sustainable foods.

Initially focusing on India, the partnership aims for global market penetration in the seaweed and sea grapes sector along with their extended value-added products. Under this partnership, both organizations have agreed to form a joint venture company with 51%-49% investment for the initial phase, where DT Group will be 51% stakeholder.
